Criminal law attorney, Family law lawyer, Divorce attorneys, criminal defense Attorneys

I began my path down this road in 2001 when I became a paralegal. I knew early on that I had a knack for the legal field. The clients trusted and confided in me and the lawyer I worked for mentored me. From there, I have worked as an administrative assistant for the Arkansas State Legislature in the personnel and legal departments; and I have clerked and done independent legal research for multiple well-known law firms. I started my licensed career as an associate attorney at a highly esteemed law firm before deciding to open my own private practice to more efficiently serve my community.

I originally opened Holland Law in Searcy, White County, AR, in 2014. In 2017, I moved my office to Sherwood, in Pulaski County, AR. I continue to proudly provide services in White County and surrounding areas and regularly practice in White County Courts. I also meet clients in Searcy by appointment. I primarily practice in Pulaski, Lonoke, White, Faulkner, and Saline Counties but am licensed state-wide and travel outside of Central Arkansas to represent my clients.

I have the following college degrees:

  • Juris Doctorate
  • Bachelors in Organizational Business Management
  • Accounting
  • Legal Secretarial
  • Office Technology

I am the first lawyer in my family. I did not go to law school because it was expected of me, or for wealth and prestige--I went because I love the law and justice and want to use the tools available to me through our justice system to help people in my community. By using the law as it is written, I can draft effective and creative legal arguments for my clients. I also strive to change laws I do not agree with or believe may infringe constitutional rights. My beliefs have greatly influenced the direction of my life and the way I handle my cases. I believe in people, justice, and in second chances.

I was born and raised in Arkansas. I graduated law school from the wonderful UALR Bowen School of Law and passed the bar exam the first time (thank God!). I enjoy spending my free time with my family--camping, swimming, fishing, rooting for the Hogs, spending time with the kids and dogs outside, and eating deer meat.

I am a real person, just like you. I strive to be a non-judgmental Christian. If you need help, other than legal assistance, I have made contacts with rehabilitation facilities, and a variation of classes that are offered, which may assist not only with your case but with you personally. Sometimes these things can help get a positive outcome in your case, but sometimes they can also save your life or make you a better person or parent.

I have the best and most kind paralegal a girl could ask for, Beth Pope. All of my clients love her and she is super helpful in each and every case.

I do not plan to extend my business or bring on additional attorneys or employees at this time. Beth and I are running an amazing law practice that is small enough to make you feel comfortable and keep the costs where you can afford us, while providing top-notch services. Holland Law is not standard, we are exceptional and very loyal to our clients and our ethics. Come meet us.
